Muro Wall Finishes’ warranty covers all labours and products services that is obtained through our company, including Sorento’s products. The warranty period begins upon the full completion of the bathroom project.

| Epoxy Flakes | 2-year warranty covering waterproofing, peeling, and discolouration (ambering excluded for white-coloured series). Note: Due to the natural properties of epoxy flakes, self-leveling, and rough texture, floor gradients may reduce, leading to potential water stagnation or slower drainage. |
| Metalic Epoxy | 6 Months against bubbling, peeling and cracks. Warranty shall be voided if found out there is usage of chemical, bleach or acid and internal leaking. All epoxy flooring will turn yellowish over time. If you choose black epoxy, the yellowing effect won’t be as noticeable compared to white epoxy. |
| Muro Tiles & Epoxy Flooring Stains | 3 Years, warranty shall be voided if found out there is usage of chemical, bleach or acid and internal leaking. |
| Muro Tiles & Epoxy Flooring Cracks | 5 Years excluding structural cracks and internal leaking |
| Muro Tiles & Epoxy Flooring Colour Fade | 5 Years, warranty shall be voided if found out there is chemical usage or intentional damage. |
| Muro Tiles & Epoxy Flooring Adhesion | 5 Years against peeling. Warranty shall be voided if found out there is chemical usage or intentional damage and internal leaking. |
| Waterproofing | 2 years from the date of project completion. This warranty applies to waterproofing work done by Muro to prevent water leakage. It does not cover damages caused by external factors such as structural issues in the property, misuse, or modifications made after installation. |
| Grouting | Upon handover of the completed project. Grouting is completed in accordance with industry standards, which include proper material application, evenness, and secure sealing to avoid water penetration. Issues caused by improper maintenance, chemical exposure, or physical damage are excluded. |
| Porcelain Tiles Installation | Upon handover of the completed project. Tiles are installed in accordance with industry standards, which include proper adhesion using suitable materials to ensure durability, clean and precise tile cutting and fitting. It does not cover future wear and tear, customer negligence, or structural issues not related to Muro’s work. |

Muro Tiles & Epoxy Flooring Disclaimer
- Hair dye, wine, coffee and mustard have the potential to stain the coating. Suggest to rinse the coating immediately after contact. If the coating is soaked, it may result in staining.
- Do not use heavy brushing on all wall and floor surfaces as it may result in a shorter lifetime.
- Slight hollows on wall or floors are not considered defects and do not impact the overall performance of the wall and floor.
- Recommend using the bathroom at least 3 days after completion for optimal adhesion performance. For the best results, waiting 7 days is recommended.
How to Register Warranty for Sorento’s Product?
- Step 1: Make sure you obtain a copy of Delivery Order from Muro team
- Step 2: Visit https://sorento.com.my/index.php/warranty
- Step 3: Register your warranty by filling up all the required details
- Step 4: Invoice number can be found at the top right of the Delivery Order
- Step 5: Kindly please key in “Muro Wall” in the Store Purchased section
- Step 6: Attach a copy of your Delivery Order and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Step 7: Click “Submit” and you are done!
